Marina Aheloy Vacation Complex is built on a cape, in the heart of the bay of the city of Aheloy, just 19 km north from Burgas International Airport. Sunny Beach and the UNESCO protected town of Nessebar are some 5 km north of Marina Cape.

Marina Aheloy is a closed vacation complex which was completed in two stages – the first stage released August 2007 and the rest by December 2009. It is built over an area of 40 000 sq.m and has 761 properties located in four separate zones – Zone 1 the Marina, Zone 2 the Cove, Zone 3 the Tower and Zone 4 - the Lighthouse.

Buildings take up a mere 1/3 of the entire area, leaving the overwhelming part for trees, grass, alleys, swimming pools etc.
