Property description

This is project and investment offer for a sale applies to a photovoltaic park for power production with nominal output of 7 MWp. The calculations of the production capacity of the project are based on use of highly efficient photovoltaic modules of mono-crystalline type, installed on a hot-zinc construction. In case of investors’ interest in using other types of modules and constructions, the capacity should be recalculated.

There is direct access to the site through a beaten field path. The terrain is free of buildings and perennial plants.

 • weather-beaten (helps for the cooling of the panels and the running efficiency)

B. Providing grid connection:
 • Way of connection: Connection to the available 20 kV cable line, 3 000 m away from the plot.
 • Parceling Plan project is made, up to the point of providing grid connection, which legalizes an underground route for setting a cable line of 20 kV, with the respective right of way.

 1) A Statement for Providing Grid Connection from EVN Bulgaria (an electricity supply company) - for 3 MW  and for 4 MW
 2) Permitted and saved capacity for 3 MW and for 4 MW.
 3) Detailed Urban Plan for building a photovoltaic power plant
 4) Environmental Permit from Regional Inspectorate for Conservation of the Environment and Water Resources.
 5) A Statement from Regional Inspectorate for Prevention and Control of Public Health
 6) Watering Certificate
 7) Categorization Certificate   
 8) Decision from the Ministry of Agriculture and Foods for building site approval
 9) Printed Order from the Mayor for Detailed Urban Plan approval
 10)Preliminary Agreement with EVN Bulgaria
 11)Building Permit – 3 months after a technical assignment on behalf of the investor.

Estimated efficiency of the photovoltaic park:
For a stationary system assembled at an optimal angle of 33° of the slope towards horizon, the estimated average annual efficiency per each KWp installed capacity will be 1 250 KWh. Therefore, at 7 000 KWp (= 7 MWp) installed capacity, the total average annual production will be about 8 750 MWh. The estimated years’ gross income, according to the preferential purchasing prices for electric power from RER amounting to 755 levs /MWh, will be 6 606 250 levs without VAT.

Le marché couvert de Yambol, daté du 15ème siècle. Situé en centre-ville, il est restauré et fonctionne comme galerie marchande. Il possède la meilleure acoustique en Bulgarie.

Près de Yambol, les vestiges de la ville antique Thrace, datée du 341 avant JC. Plus tard devenue ville romaine et ville bulgare sous le khan Tervel. Des objets des fouilles sont exposées.
