PAYMENT PLAN:

- 2000 Euro deposit
- 60% of the price within 2 weeks after signing the preliminary contract;
- 40 percent at the title deed.

The payment plan is subject of negotiation.

• All customers when signing the preliminary contract for the purchase of the property must sign a maintenance contract too.
• All costs of purchase and notary fees and transfer of property shall be paid by the buyer.
