SPA complex Neviastata is situated in the area Raikovski livadi in Pamporovo resort. The building is at 800 m. from the existing ski lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity with the future modern sport and tourist center Perelik, which construction will start soon. The distance to the nearest airport in Plovdiv is only one hour.
Pamporovo is an alpine resort, nestling in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. Winter is long and snowy and summer is cool and fresh. SPA complex Neviastata is designed as a residential building. It contains apartments for sale  for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests. The building has six floors and is designed as a residential complex with 60 spacious apartments from 55 to 140 sq.m. with one or two bedrooms. All of them have a southern or southeastern exposure and a wonderful view to the valley of Smolian city. Garages and parking lots are provided for residents.
